In 1979, the first FirstCare Urgent Care Center (the first urgent care center west of Texas) was established under the direction of Medical Director, Steve Thomas, MD. At FirstCare, patients are always evaluated and treated in person by a physician, at less cost, and generally much faster than at a regular Emergency Room. |
